Most recurring visits are priced between $160 and $280, with a $140 minimum. Your price is set after a free walk-through.
Recurring maintenance cleaning helps preserve an established level of cleanliness on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. Routine service addresses dust, bathroom buildup, kitchen residue, fingerprints, debris, pet hair, and other everyday cleaning needs.
This service is a good choice for busy households, homes with children or pets, older adults who need assistance, and customers who want dependable ongoing cleaning.
During the walk-through, we will determine whether recurring maintenance or a more detailed initial cleaning is the appropriate starting point for your home.
One-time and initial cleaning provides a detailed reset for accumulated dust, grime, bathroom buildup, cabinet fronts, baseboards, ceiling fans, and other areas that may not receive regular attention.
This service is a good choice for first-time customers, homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently, seasonal cleaning, special-event preparation, or establishing a baseline for recurring service.
Move-out and deep cleaning is a more intensive service for renters moving out, homeowners preparing to sell, buyers preparing to move in, empty or lightly furnished properties, and homes needing a substantial reset.
The time and price depend on the home’s size, condition, accessibility, and requested work. If interior cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, ovens, cabinets, or drawers is included in the agreed scope, those areas must be emptied and accessible.
Window Cleaning
Detailed window cleaning, priced per window. Add it to any scheduled housecleaning, or book a standalone visit ($140 minimum).
Tilt-in double-hung windows: $30 per window. Both sides of the glass cleaned from inside your home, plus sills and tracks.
Sliders and large single panes: $25, including detailed cleaning of the tracks.
Removable grids: $10 per window for removal, cleaning, and reinstallation.
Very dirty tracks and sills may incur an additional charge.
