Which cleaning services do you offer?
We offer regular recurring cleanings, plus one-time cleanings for move-ins and move-outs, special events, and deep cleaning projects.
What is included in a maintenance cleaning?
A maintenance cleaning keeps your home consistently clean between visits. We dust and wipe down surfaces, vacuum and wash floors, and clean the kitchen and bathrooms. This service assumes the home has already had a thorough initial cleaning.
What is included in the first cleaning?
If your home has not been professionally cleaned recently, your first cleaning is more thorough than the maintenance cleanings that follow it. A checklist of first-cleaning tasks can be found on the one-time cleaning page.
Do you offer cleaning by the hour?
No. All recurring services are flat rate. We occasionally offer a package built around a block of hours, but that is the exception.
Do you clean summer rental check-outs?
We no longer handle summer rental or Airbnb cleanings.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. We clean empty homes before a move-in or after a move-out, for sellers, buyers, and renters. These jobs are priced after a walk-through, because condition varies a great deal from one home to the next.
Do you clean offices?
At this time we are a residential cleaning company only.
Do you clean windows?
Yes. We clean windows from inside the home, including sills and tracks. On tilt-in windows that pop out for cleaning, we do both sides. Window cleaning is priced per window and can be added to a scheduled cleaning or booked on its own if the job meets our minimum.
Do you do laundry or ironing?
We do not do laundry or ironing, but we will change sheets as an add-on if requested during the walk-through.
