Older houses in the mill villages
Most of Hopkinton's villages grew up around mills on the Pawcatuck and Ashaway rivers. Locustville, Moscow and Centerville were each named for the mill they sat beside. That history is still in the housing stock, and an older house does not clean like a new one.

What it costs
Recurring cleanings are a flat rate set after a walk-through. Most are between $160 and $280 per visit, with a $140 minimum. Move-out and deep cleanings depend entirely on the size and condition of the house, so those are priced once we have seen it rather than guessed at over the phone.
