Most customers will reserve their spot at the beginning of the year in order to ensure the opening and closing cleans make it on the schedule.
What a cleaning includes
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors vacuumed and washed, surfaces dusted and wiped, all with non-toxic products. You are assigned the same housecleaner each visit, and every cleaner is background-checked. Homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while get a more thorough first cleaning before maintenance visits begin.
We also do one-time cleanings, deep cleanings, cleanings before or after an event, and interior window cleaning priced per window.
What it costs
Most recurring cleanings run between $160 and $280 per visit, with a $140 minimum. That is a flat rate agreed after the walk-through, not an hourly charge. One-time, move-out, and deep cleanings vary widely with the size and state of the house, so those are priced after we have seen it.
