Move-Out and Deep House Cleaning
Moving is demanding enough without having to clean every cabinet, appliance and overlooked corner yourself. Our move-out and deep-cleaning service provides a more intensive level of cleaning for homes that need greater attention than a standard maintenance visit.
This service expands on our one-time cleaning checklist to address areas such as baseboards, doors, doorframes, closet shelving, cabinet interiors and spaces around appliances. For move-out cleanings, emptied refrigerators, freezers, ovens, cabinets and drawers can also be cleaned as described in the checklist below.

What’s included
The checklist below describes our typical move-out and deep-cleaning tasks. Items marked “move-out only” apply when the home, appliances, cabinets and drawers have been emptied and made accessible.

Kitchen

Clean sides, top and front of refrigerator.

Clean inside of fridge and freezer (move-out only).

Sweep and mop behind the fridge.

Clean sink; polish handle and inside of sink.

Wipe down counters and backsplashes.

Clean inside/outside microwave.

Remove burners/drip pans and clean underneath.

Bathrooms

Scour tub, fixtures and shower enclosure.

Clean and shine wall tile, shower nozzle, handle.

Clean inside/outside/behind toilet.

Clean countertops and backsplashes.

Scrub sink and soap holders.

Clean all mirrors.
Living Room, Office, Bedroom

Straighten up, neaten blankets (if applicable).

Change sheets and make beds if requested by client.

Dry dust computer & TV screens.

Dust all furniture.

Wash all glass (mirrors, picture frames, etc).
All Rooms

Dust ceilings and walls within reach.

Dust fans and blades.

Wipe down all closet doors and shelves.

Wipe down insides of cabinets, drawers (move-out only).

Vacuum all hard floors, including underneath furniture.

Vacuum all floors: tile, carpet and stairs.

Mop all bare floors.

Clean window sills, tracks and spot clean window glass (interior).

Clean both sides of sliding glass doors and door handles.

Wipe down: doors, doorframes, knobs and hinges.

Wipe down all baseboards.
-
Switch plates: Wipe down light switches, outlets.
