One-time/initial Cleaning Checklist
The initial clean serves the purpose of bringing the home to a point where it can be regularly maintained. Baseboards, cabinets, ceiling fans, and walls are washed/spot cleaned. Bathroom tiles are scrubbed to remove build-up and kitchen items/appliances degreased.
Maintenance Cleaning Checklist
This list is used for maintenance or basic cleaning projects. Basic cleans involve maintaining an already initially cleaned home. There is less scrubbing required and more light dusting and wiping down.
Move-out & Deep Cleaning Checklist
This list is used for more involved pre- and post-sale or deep cleanings. The scope of work includes all one-time tasks and is expanded to include cleaning inside and behind appliances, washing kitchen cabinets/drawers and inside household closets.
Simply Organic Cleaning Service does not require a contract. We work to earn your continuing business with each and every cleaning. We do use a service agreement to define the responsibilities and liabilities of Simply Organic Cleaning and our customers. By scheduling service with us, you are agreeing to accept all of the terms of this agreement.
